Its true...these people arent keen on talking to new customer who walk in for information. They just handover some photo copies which dosent really help a new person to understand anything and also makes it difficult to take a decision when he has questions.Overall bad customer experience.Gauri Deshpande

Me and my wife went on Saturday to inquire about classes, receptionist in office did not gave us any information.. just handed a pamplet, we had to ask everything....
then she said since its October month there will be holidays on 2 oct and whole week of diwali will be holiday... when we asked about recovering of those classes she redirected us to some lady who seems to be YOGA teacher.. when we entered into her ofifce.. she just blasted us.. she was not even listening our request.. i am OK if she would have said that we don't take money in terms of classes we take monthly charges.. but she was not even listening.. may be a bad day... but there should be a way to talk to the people who are paying for your classes.... and top of that she was about to take a class i wonder what will happen to students... it was very very very bad experience.... i never expected such rudeness from a YOGA teacher....My wife was also too furious.. anyway we decided not to join them
