We gave the job of uninstalling & reinstalling my Samsung split AC to Services 360 (owned by Mr. Kannan) in February 2016. They came around 11 am to reinstall & was working till 9 pm as they encountered some problem. Finally they told me cooling is little less & asked me manage it over night & will come & fix it tomorrow if it doesn't improve. AC didn't even ran for 5 min. Next day they told some problem in board (inner unit). I told will ask Samsung engineer to fix it as it's under warranty. He told he is also taking to Samsung authorised engineer only. After couple of days he said it was fixed but I continue to have issue. So I asked Samsung engineer to address it. They identify both board (inner & external unit) need to be changed. Since inner unit board has been worked outside they said I have pay for it & outer unit will be covered under warranty. I told 360 degree that it's their fault & they have to bare the cost (Rs.2150). They told will speak to their owner & let me know. Since then I have called them more than 100 times & had visited their office too. Their poor staff always says will check Kannan & update me but they had never called me. Please be careful while giving orders to them... Better avoid...
Kannan spoke to me only once in Oct 2016 & told will pay 50%. But didn't make that payment too...
PS: Now their office is around 18th Main road, Anna Nagar NOT IN 12th Main Road
